I like Soba, but I think it’s a bit hard to find good Soba restaurants in Singapore…😢

Today, I would love to introduce my favorite restaurant serving authentic Japanese Soba by a native Japanese couple for Soba lovers:)

It was my first time visiting this stall, and I tried “Reiwa Signature Spicy Pork Soba (Cold)”( $13+)

You can enjoy authentic soba with Spanish White Pork slices and MILDLY SPICY Signature Dipping Sauce🥢

It was nice but a bit small portion for me…😂

And I found that the person next to me was eating a very tasty looking Kaisendon set!

I couldn't forget it since I saw it, so I came back to this restaurant again to try Kaisendon Lunch Set ($18+)

You can have Kaisendon, a glass of Green Tea, Onsen Tamago, and Mini Soba (You can choose Hot Kake Soba or Cold Zaru Soba🥢)

The Kaisendon is very fresh and you can enjoy various types of Sashimi, such as salmon, Tai (sea bream), and my favorite Hotate(a scallop)!

Also, I love the Soba with normal Tsuyu (soba dipping sauce).

I thought the authentic soba flavor would come through better if eaten with Tsuyu.

Personally, I preferred this Kaisendon Lunch Set🫶

If you are looking for Japanese home cooking in Singapore, Reiwa Soba is definitely a place to have it🏃
