It was my first time visiting this stall, and I tried “Mentaiko Pasta ($9.80)”!
This is exactly the Mentaiko Pasta I wanted to eat!
The Mentaiko cream is creamy, and you can enjoy it with whitebait fish, prawns, seaweed, and Ikura.
Also, you can have a Miso soup.
It was nice and just the right amount!
(It may be a bit small for men😂)
And I found that the person next to me was eating a very tasty looking Chicken Nanban😳
I couldn't forget it since I saw it, so I came back to this restaurant again to try “Chicken Nanban ($8.80)”
The sauce is what makes this restaurant's Chicken Nanban unique!
Usually Chicken Nanban comes with tartar sauce, but you can enjoy eating it with special sauce with ebiko, tobiko, and katsuobushi (dried fish flakes)👏
I really love this sauce and the chicken was very juicy!
You can also have a very tasty Ajitama(molten lava egg.)
If you are looking for affordable Japanese Lunch in Singapore, Hayashi is definitely a place to have it🏃
